Conditional Use Permit; File No. 19-0080: Edith Gibson is proposing a: (1) Conditional Use Permit to allow an outdoor banquet facility (17.64.020.B); and (2) Zoning Modification to allow 11 parking spaces where a minimum of 66 parking spaces are required (17.58.110) in the C-C (Commercial Center Zone) district, located at 700-712 19th Street. Proposed Notice of Exemption on file. Refer back to Staff. Ward 4 b. Conditional Use Permit No. 19-0144: Nuestro Mexico Lounge, LLC is proposing a Conditional Use Permit to allow a bar/cocktail lounge (17.24.040.B.4) in a C-2 (Regional Commercial Zone) district, located at 9919 Hageman Road, Suite A-100. Specifically to modify conditions of a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (File No. 17-0222) and allow the serving of alcohol and amplified sound on the existing patio area. Proposed Notice of Exemption on file. Staff recommends approval. 5. PUBLIC HEARINGS Ward 2 a. Conditional Use Permit; File No. 19-0154: Sam Wilson is proposing a Conditional Use Permit to allow a shelter service agency (17.24.040.B.7) in the C-2 (Regional Commercial Zone) district, located at 800 Baker Street.
