AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.72.030 OF THE
BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING
MALLS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 10.72.030 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
10.72.030 Boundaries Designated.
The Central Parking Mall shall be comprised of:
A. 19th and 20th Streets from H to Chester Avenue;
B. 19th and 20th Streets from Chester Avenue to L;
C. 19th and 20th Streets from G to H;
D. 19th and 20th Streets from L to M;
E. Eye and K Streets from 18th Street to 21 st Street.
F. G Street from 18th to 20th Streets.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the provisions of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its passage.
