Motion by Carson to recess to Closed Session at 4:42
p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. Conference with Legal Counsel - Potential Litigation
Initiation of litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of
Government Code Section 54956.9; One potential
case.
Motion by DeMond to adjourn from Closed Session at
5:30 p.m.
4. CLOSED SESSION ACTION
Vice Mayor Carson announced by a vote of 7 to 0, the City
Council authorized the City Attorney to initiate litigation, one
case, if certain circumstances are met.
5. ADJOURNMENT
