ROLL CALL Commissioners: Evan Whitlock Tate Turner Aleyna Young Eric Miranda Jasmine Garza Genesis Hernandez City Staff: Brianna Carrier, Management Assistant Viridiana Gallardo-King, Associate City Attorney Julie Drimakis, Assistant City Clerk 2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS There were no public statements. 3. ADOPT JUNE 4, 2018 AGENDA SUMMARY REPORT Commissioner Whitlock motioned, Commissioner Turner second. Motion unanimously approved. 4. NEW BUSINESS A. Youth Commission 2018-2020 cohort orientation Commissioners received information on an overview of City services. No action required. Commissioners voted to hold a Special Meeting of the Youth Commission on Monday, September 10th, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. Motion by Commissioner Whitlock, second by Commissioner Miranda. 5. COMMISSION COMMENTS Commissioners shared interests in the Youth Commission and future plans. Commissioner Turner welcomed the new commissioners and shared ideas on working with City Council on future projects. 6. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 4:59 p.m.
