2101 "H" Street California State Certified Laboratory No. 2438, dated 23 June 2010,
Bakersfield, CA 93301 for the above referenced waste material.

Services, Incorporated of Bakersfield, California on 4 June 2010.
The laboratory analysis of the Refractory Waste, located in a roll -off
