Agent:
The Bakersfield Planning Department has denied your application for a bingo
permit. The location does not fit the zoning requirements. A Condition Use
Permit (CUP) would have to be issued from the planning department in order to
have bingo games held at that location. The Planning Department can answer
any question you may have about the CUP. They can be reached at 326 -3733.
