b. Oleta Collinsstated her concerns with the homeless population in Old
Town Kern affecting her local business (Flourishing Art).
c. Rosa, and employee of InMotionlocated in Old Town Kern, stated her
concerns with the homeless population in the area.
3.MINUTES
a. Approval of minutes of the May 14, 2019 regular Board of Zoning
Adjustment meeting.
Motionby Member Fickto approve.Motion passed with Member Kitchen
Abstaining.
