ALL CUT AND/OR FILL SLOPE SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN TWO (2) HORIZONTAL TO ONE (1) MORE THAN 20 PERCENT FOR MORE THAN THREE MINUTES PER HOUR AND USE LOW VERTICAL. SULFUR FUEL AS REQUIRED BY THE APPROPRIATE AGENCY. 4. FILLS SHALL BE COMPACTED TO A MINIMUM OF NINETY PERCENT (90%) OF MAXIMUM DRY 33. MATERIAL HAULED AND THE TOP OF THE TRAILER. HAUL TRUCK DRIVERS WILL LOAD PRIOR NATURAL GRADE TO LEAVING THE SITE TO PREVENT SOIL LOSS DURING TRANSPORTATION. 5. ALL EXISTING FILLS SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER BEFORE ANY NAP ADDITIONAL FILLS ARE ADDED. 34, PURSUANT TO SECTION 8771 OF THE BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE, EXISTING SURVEY BACK OF SIDEWALK MONUMENTS SHALL BE NOTED AND DOCUMENTED BEFORE CONSTRUCTION. IF ANY 6, ALL EXPOSED SLOPES SHALL BE PLANTED OR HYDROSEEDED PER THE PROJECT LANDSCAPE MONUMENTS ARE DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY A OR EROSION CONTROL PLANS AND IRRIGATED UNTIL GROUND COVER IS ESTABLISHED. EXPOSE ANY GEOTECHNICAL HAZARDS OR POTENTIAL GEOTECHNICAL HAZARDS THE CB GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER SHALL RECOMMEND NECESSARY TREATMENT TO THE PROJECT 37.
