The following was noted on inspection of this job on this date:
A final inspection was performed with the following parties in attendance:
Ligaya & Beth with CHP
John Urbano with CHP
Michael Golden/ DGS -PSB
Reginald Demery/DGS -CSS
Keith Lilyquist/ West Star
DJ Nunez/ DGS -CSS
We verified that gas pump discharge rates are within design parameters. (6.7 gpm)
Remaining items noted:
1) Repair exterior base molding on east side of kiosk. (Keith has ordered parts)
2) Submit Ohms test documentation.
3) Provide CHP with (2) spare dispenser filters, nozzle boots, & 24 rolls of paper for Healy Printer as
specified in 13205 -5 "2G ". (John Urbano to receive)
4) Provide & install Morrison Clock/ level gauge as indicated on contract drawings.
