if you are conducting an ST 30 (rP201.3) or ST-38 (TP'201.3B), your tank's fuel level must he at a minimum of 20% and
a maximum of 70% of your tank's capacity at the time of the test with APCD to be completed. if your site has an above
ground tank, the minimum air .space shall be 300 gallons or 25% of the tank`$ capacity, w'hlchever is greater for the test
to be performed The maximum total air space for manifolded tanks shalt not exceed 25,000 gallons. Duel oars not be
be delivered within 4 hours of the tenting time. If the test cannot be conducted due to the tank being too full, you must
cancel within 24 hours or you will be billed for 501 of the nest cost. Please refer to the cancellation n0 ice below.
The total agreed cost for the above test is: ON CONTRACT
Your aunt terms with West Star Environmental are
per contract.
All tests must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice to incur no penalty.
The fee for late cancellation notification is as follows:
1) Less than 24 hours, but prior to arriving at the job site; 50% of contracted amount.
2) Once we have arrived at the jab site, 50% of the contracted amount.
If a test is cancelled, West Star Environmenbil, Inc. will not be held
responsible fo any violations or fines incurred by the customer,
