ALL GRADING SHALL CONFORM WITH APPENDIX J - CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE AND STANDARDS PERTAINING THEREOF AND PRELIMINARY SOILS REPORT BY KRAZAN & ASSOCIATES INC DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 2013. 2. THE DESIGN ENGINEER SHALL EXERCISE SUFFICIENT SUPERVISOR CONTROL DURING GRADING AND CONSTRUCTION TD INSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE PLANS, SOILS REPORT, SPECIFICATIONS, AND CODE WITHIN THEIR PURVIEW. J. CIVIL ENGINEER, GEOTECHMCAL ENGINEER, AND BUILDING OFFICIAL WILL BE NOTIFIED FORTY EIGHT (48) HOURS PRIOR TO PLACING ANY FILL MATERIAL. A CONTRACTOR AGREES THAT HE SHALL ASSUME SOLE AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR JOB SI7E CONDITIONS DURING THE COURSE OF CONS7RUCTION OF THIS PROJECT. OUT AND FILL SLOPES SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN 2:1. 16. ALL SLOPES GREATER THAN THREE (3) FEET IN VERTICAL HEIGHT SHALL BE PREPARED AND MAINTAINED 70 PREVENT EROSION.
