GRADING NOTES 1. ALL GRADING SHALL CONFORM WITH APPENDIX J - CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE AND STANDARDS PERTAINING THEREOF AND PRELIMINARY SOILS REPORT BY KRAZAN & ASSOCIATES INC DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 2013. 2. THE DESIGN ENGINEER SHALL EXERCISE SUFFICIENT SUPERVISOR CONTROL DURING GRADING AND CONSTRUCTION TD INSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE PLANS, SOILS REPORT, SPECIFICATIONS, AND CODE WITHIN THEIR PURVIEW. J. OUT AND FILL SLOPES SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN 2:1. 16. ALL SLOPES GREATER THAN THREE (3) FEET IN VERTICAL HEIGHT SHALL BE PREPARED AND MAINTAINED 70 PREVENT EROSION.
