1. CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ENCROACHMENT PERMIT CONDITIONS AND PROVISIONS SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER THE APPROVED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ANY CONFLICTS. 2. APPROVAL OF THESE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PLANS AS SHOWN DOES NOT CONSTITUTE APPROVAL OF ANY CONSTRUCTION OUTSIDE THE PROJECT LIMITS. 3.
