OPERATION REQUIREMENTS /N APPENDIX K OF THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT GUIDELINES SHALL BE FOLLOWED AND
THE TREATMENT OF DISCOVERED NATIVE AMERICAN REMAINS SHALL
