IN THE EVENT A UTILITY IS DAMAGED THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE MOLLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS REPAIR. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY O THESE RULES, ORDERS AND REGULATIONS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CAUSE FOR THE STATE DIVISION TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND ALL WORK.
