1. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROLS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED ALONG THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CONSTRUCTION AREAS WITHIN THE PROJECT SITE TO MINIMIZE THE AMOUNT
OF SEDIMENT TRANSPORTED OFF—SITE BY STORM WATER RUNOFF. THESE CONTROL
MEASURES WILL BE PUT IN PLACE AS NEEDED AT THE ONSET OF CONSTRUCTION
ACTIVITIES AND WILL REMAIN IN PLACE (AS NEEDED) DURING CONSTRUCTION AND
THROUGH PERIODS OF INACTIVITY. DISCHARGERS SHALL PROVIDE EFFECTIVE SOIL
STABILIZTION FOR INACTIVE AREAS. DESCRIPTIONS AND DIAGRAMS OF THE BMPS
ARE INCLUDED IN APPENDIX 8 OF THE SWPPP,
2. ALL STORM WATER BMPS SHALL BE PROPERLY MAINTAINED AT REGULAR INTERVALS
BY TRAINED PERSONNEL CONSISTENT WITH PROJECT SITE OPERATIONAL
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES. INSPECTIONS WILL BE PERFORMED BY A OSP OR
