RE: Drainage Study for Park West Apartments at Stockdale River Ranch
Dear Mr. Porter:
We have reviewed the drainage calculations for the proposed Park West apartment
development at Heath Road and Stockdale Highway dated December 5, 2019. As a
result of our review, we approve the study with the following comments:
1. All onsite storm drain facilities shall be privately owned and maintained..
2. The project may connect to the storm drain stubs in Heath Road once the
system, including either the temporary sump at Stockdale Ranch Drive or the
permanent Sump #3, has been completed and accepted.
3. Please provide an electronic copy of the calculations. As a back up to the hard
copy submitted, the City is asking all the engineering firms to submit a digital PDF
copy.
