MEETING OF DECEMBER 16, 2019

Special Meeting- 8:30 a.m.
SPECIAL MEETING -8:30 AM
1. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Goh, Vice -Mayor Parlier, Councilmembers Rivera,
Gonzales, Weir, Smith, Freeman, Sullivan (seated at 8:40
a.m.)
Absent: None
2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS
None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
a. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code section 54957.7(b)
(1)/54957.6 - Conference with Legal Counsel to consider/discuss
the employment/appointment of a new City Manager with the
retained recruiter.
Motion by Vice -Mayor Parlier to adjourn to Closed Session at 8:31
a.m. Motion passed with Councilmember Sullivan absent.
The Closed Session meeting was adjourned at 10:54 a.m.
Meeting reconvened at 10:57 a.m.
4. CLOSED SESSION ACTION
a. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code section 54957.7(b)
(1)/54957.6 - Conference with Legal Counsel to consider/discuss
the employment/appointment of a new City Manager with the
retained recruiter.
Vice -Mayor Parlier announced by a unanimous vote, the Roberts
Group was given direction.
