The approved Drainage Study completed by Delmarter and Deifel dated July 17", 2007 included future building additions to the Bridge Bible Church. Therefore, the capacity of the existing storm drainpipes and sump already includes the future runoff from the proposed building addition and meets City of Bakersfield Subdivision and Design Manual standards.
