RE: Drainage Study for Revised Tract 7300
Dear Mr. Neptune:
We have completed review of the updated drainage study for Tract 7300 showing the
revised layout, dated January 6, 2020. As a result of our review, we approve the study
with the following comments:
1. The basin, catch basins and storm drain systems within the private tract and
Highgate Park Blvd (Public Street) shall be privately maintained and the City of
Bakersfield will not assume responsibility over the maintenance.
2. Please provide an electronic copy of the calculations. As a back up to the hard
copy submitted, the City is asking all the engineering firms to submit a digital PDF.
