Good afternoon Michelle,
Kern Transit would like to upgrade a bus stop on Wible Road, approximate 1,100' north of Wilson Ave adjacent the Ming
Plaza. The Bus stop is within City of Bakersfield limit, we would like to request an encroachment permit to construct the
bus stop improvements there.
Please see attached street permit application and a set of plans.
We would like to construct the bus stop improvement in Jan. 2020 to March 2020.
