The Master Plan requires alift station and 10", 15" and 18" mains in Brimhall Road and Renfro Road as shown in Exhibit "A". The sewer mains constructed with Tract 6098 will connect to existing 10" dry sewer in Renfro Road south of Brimhall Road and be stubbed for future dry sewer connections at the north and west boundaries of the tract per Exhibit "A". The sewer mains in Brimhall Road flow to the intersection of Whitney Brianne Drive and Brimhall Road to an 18" main that runs north into the proposed lift station. The existing 18"sewer line inRenfro Road,which terminates atthe east side ofthe City of Bakersfield Fire Station, will be extended westerly to Whitney Brianne Drive for discharge of the sewer force main. The lift station discharges into a 12" force main that connects to the 18" sewer line flowing toward the City Fire Station (see Exhibit "A"). See attached spread sheet for 15" and 18" sewer design. Manholes were dipped at the proposed and future tie-in locations surrounding Tract 6098. Sewer mains were laid out from these future tie-in locations with minimum slopes (to maintain a minimum of 2 ft/s velocity) to the proposed sewer mains within Tract 6098. This determined the invert elevations shown on Exhibit 'W'. The in -tract sewer lines will connect to the mains in two locations. One 8" line will connect to the 18" main in Whitney Brianne Drive at a drop manhole and serve 15 single family residential lots.Another 8"line will connect to the 15" line at the intersection of Lyndsie Glynn Drive and Brimhall Road and will serve 103 single family residential lots. The north commercial lot will have an 8" sewer lateral connecting to the drop manhole at the intersection of Brimhall and Renfro Roads and will flow to the lift station. The south commercial lot is at a higher elevation and will have an 8" sewer lateral connecting to a manhole in the 18" main extended from the Fire Station. Since an 8" sewer line has a capacity of 0.85 CFS which is enough capacity to serve 575 single family residences, -the proposed 8" lines will adequately serve Tract 6U9O.
