CURRENT EDITION) AND SHALL BE SUPERVISED AS ENGINEERED GRADING /N ACCORDANCE WIN CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDINANCES 2 THE DESIGN ENGINEER SHALL EXERCISE SUFFICIENT SUPERVISORY CONTROL DURING GRADING AND CONSTRUCTION TO INSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE PLANS SOILS REPORT SPECIFICATIONS AND CODE WITHIN HIS PURVIEW. 3 771E SOIL ENGINEER, DESIGN ENGINEER, AND BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE NOTIFIED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO PLACING ANY MATERIAL. 4.
