ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
(Work Within Public Right -of -Way)
1. The City of Bakersfield (City Hall, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California 93301) ("City") owns an interest in the right-
of-way, and any public improvements therein, related to Hosking & Akers Sewer Lift Station Emergency Repair, located
at Hosking and Akers ("Project").
2. As part of the construction of the Project, GSE Construction Company Inc. ("Contractor") (6950 Preston Ave, Livermore
CA 94551) constructed improvements within the right-of-way ("Improvements") required to be constructed under Resolution
147-19 between the City and Developer.
3. - The Developer completed construction of the Improvements for the City on 2121120
4. The City hereby accepts the Improvements. 2125120

best of my knowledge.
