proposing a zoning modification to allow: (1) the expansion of an
existing surgery center with a 5-foot 6-inch front yard setback where a
minimum 10 feet is required; and (2) one parking space located in the
front yard setback in the C-O (Professional and Administrative Office
Zone) district,. located at 1019 Truxtun Avenue. Notice. of Exemption

Ward 2 b. Conditional Use Permit No. 20-0042t David Erb is proposing a
conditional use permit to allow an establishment selling alcoholic
