a. Finalize Discussion and Vote on Youth Commission Project
Staff recommends Youth Commissioners make a final decision and vote on a
project to be completed by end of Summer 2020 through a partnership with
the Bakersfield Police Department or Keep Bakersfield Beautiful and the City
of Bakersfield Solid Waste Division and begin discussion for planning
purposes immediately.
