PION TO ORDER THE VACATION OF PORT --IONS OF
LAREYIEW AVENTE, FORMERLY KNOWN AS COTTONWOOD
ROAD, SOUTHERLY FROM CALIFORNIA AVENUE, IN TIL"'
CITY OF BAKE SFIELD, STATE of CALIFORNIA.
The Council cf the City 0. Bakersfield, California, pun -
scant to the provisions of the "Street Vacation Act of 1941," being
Division 9, Part 3 0: the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That it is the intention of the Council of
theCity of Bakersfield to order the vacation of portion of Lakeview
Avenue, f-rmevly known as Cottonwood Road of 60 feet in width, sit-
uated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Nam, State of California,
find being a portion of Sections 32 and 33, Tawnshlp 29 South, Runge
28 East, M. D. B. & M„ which said portions of Lakeview Avenue are
described under Parcels A and B, as fcllewa:
?ARCEL A
All of the following described parcel of land situated in
,aid Section 32: beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1,

along the easterly prolongation of the southerly line of said
