The Council cf the City 0. Bakersfield, California, pun - scant to the provisions of the "Street Vacation Act of 1941," being Division 9, Part 3 0: the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1: That it is the intention of the Council of theCity of Bakersfield to order the vacation of portion of Lakeview Avenue, f-rmevly known as Cottonwood Road of 60 feet in width, sit- uated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Nam, State of California, find being a portion of Sections 32 and 33, Tawnshlp 29 South, Runge 28 East, M. D.
