IF A PROBLEM OR CONFLICT SHOULD ARISE DURING THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER OR THE CONTRACTOR TO NOTIFY THE ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO ANY FURTHER WORK. 9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY FOR A COMPLETE AND FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT. 10.
