RE: Sewer Letter for Tract 7352
Dear Manny:
Tract 7352 is currently an R-1 zone and would have been studied as an R-1 zone for the
downstream trunk mains. There is an existing 12" sewer main in Poppyseed Street which currently
serves Fire Station 413 and is also more than adequate to serve the 26 proposed lots in Tract 7352.
8" sewer main extensions will be utilized to serve the tract. An 8" pvc sewer pipe is capable of serving
575 single family homes. Therefore, the 8" sewer lateral will be capable of serving the 26 lots of Tract
7352. The tract is bounded by Farmer's Canal, Arvin Edison Intake Canal, an R-3 Zoned Property,
and Fire Station #13; and none of the sewer mains can be extended. Further study is not necessary.
