AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO RESOLUTION NO. 122-01
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE GENERAL SUPERVISORY,
POLICE SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT UNITS
AND ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND RELATED
BENEFITS FOR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - PARKS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 122-01 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the General Supervisory, Police Supervisory and Management Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of the Resolution No. 122-01 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No.122-01 is hereby amended by deleting the following
class title from the Management Unit:
88040 D Director of Operations Rec and Parks
31.805 33.399 35.068 36.820 38.665
2. Resolution No. 122-01 is hereby amended by adding the following
class title to the Management Unit:
88040 D Director of Operations - Parks
31.805 33.399 35.068 36.820 38.665
