a. Approval of minutes of the December .10, 2019 regular Board of Zoning
Adjustment meeting.
Chair Patteson stated this item would be tabled until the next meeting since
two members on the Board were not present for the December 10, 2019
meeting.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR PUBLIC HEARINGS E
(Ward 2) a. Zoning Modification No. 20 0030: Paul Dhonens Architect is proposing a Resolution
zoning:modification to allow: (1) the expansion.of an existing surgery center ' 20.01
with a 5-foof 6=inch front yard setback where a minimum 10 feet is required;
and (2) one parking space located in the front yard setback in the C-Q s s
(Professional and Administrative Office Zone) district, located at 1919
Truxtun Avenue.
(Ward 2) b. Conditional Use Permit No, 20-0042: David Erb is proposing a conditional Resolution
use permit to allow an estab2hment selling alcoholic beverages for on-site 20-02
consumption where such use, including entertainment, is the primary
business in the C-C (Commercial.Center Zone) district; located at 1002 19th
Street.
Motion. by Member Kitchen to approve consent calendar items. Motion
passed.

Johnson to the.Planning Director.
Member Kitchen recognized Deputy City Attorney Richard lger for all his.
work with the Board of Zoning Adjustment, and wished him well in his new
employment position outside the City.
