Chair Patteson stated that Item 4.b would be continued. to the next
scheduled. Board of Zoning Adjustment meeting, at the request of the
applicant. Additionally; Chair Patteson noted that a l7irector's
memorandum was prepared for Item 4.e to ad dress'ho urs of operation.

Motion by Member Kitchen to approve consent calendar items with
incorporation of the Director's memorandum dated August 13, 20 1.9 for
ftern4.e. Motion passed.
