Adjustment meeting.
Member Fick stated he reviewed the video from the April 9, 2019 meeting
and the minutes are accurately reflected, 1
Motion by Member Fick to approve. Motion passed with Member Hoot
Abstaining.

a. Conditional Use Permit No. 19-0080:Moved to Public Hearing Item 5.b
(Word 4) b. Conditional Use Permit No. 19-0 144: Nuestro Mexico Lounge® LLC is Resolution
proposing a Conditional Use (Permit to allow a bar/cocktail lounge 119-13
(17.24.040.B.4j in a C-2 (Regional Commercial Zone) district, located at
9919 Hagerman Road, Suite A-]00d. Specifically to modify conditions of a
previously approved Conditional Use Permit (File No. 17-0222) and allow
the serving of alcohol and amplified sound. Proposed Notice of
Exemption on file.
Motion by Member Nuot to approve. Motion passed.

(ward 2) a. Conditional Use Permit No. 19-0154: Sam Wilson is proposing a Conditional
Use Permit to allow a shelter service agency (I7.24.04U.B.7) in the C-2
(Regional Commercial Zone) district, located at 800 'Baker Street.
