a. Confirm dates of the regular Board of Zoning.Adjustment meetings for
calendar year 2020.
:Principal Planner Johnson reminded Board,Members that Article 2 of the by-
laws states. that regular meeting dates are set for the second Tuesday of
each month at 3:00pm: Board Members. were provided a meeting
calendar for 2020.
7. BOARD STATEMENTS
a. Election.of Board of Zoning Adjustment Chair for 2019.
Member Fick thanked Chair Patteson for leading the BZA meetings. during
Z19.
Motion by Member Huot to re-elect Public Works Department as the Board
of Zoning Adjustment Chair for 2020. Motion passed with Chair Poffeson
abstaining:
