AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO RESOLUTION NO. 046-02
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE BLUE
AND WHITE COLLAR UNITS AND ADOPTING SALARY
SCHEDULE AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SPECIALIST AND
PUBLIC/FIRE SAFETY EDUCATION SPECIALIST
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 046-02 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the Blue and White Collar Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of the Resolution No. 046-02 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 046-02 is hereby amended by revising the salary of
the following class title in the White Collar Unit:
27230 A Hazardous Materials Specialist
22,993 24.157 25.381 26.669 28.014
27510 A Public/Fire Safety Education Specialist
17,221 18,084 18,991
