Adjustment meeting.
Motion by Member Fick to approve. Motion passed with Member Kitchen
abstaining-
b. Approval of minutes of the March 10, 2020 regular Board of Zoning
Adjustment meeting.
Motion by Member Kitchen to approve. Motion passed with Member Fick
stating that aitthough. he was.not present at the March TO, 2020 meeting, he
watched the video and concurs with the minutes as written.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR PUBLIC HEARINGS
(Ward 41 a. Conditional Use Permit No.. 20-0054:. Francisco Martin, on behalf of = Resolution

Nuestro Mexico Tacos and Bar; LLC, is proposing a conditional use permit to 20-03
allow 'a restaurant and patio with on-site alcohol sales in the C-1
(Neighborhood Commercial Zone) district, located at 9660 Hageman Road.

6. STAFF COMMUNICATIONS
Planning Director Johnson recognized Deputy City Attorney Richard Iger for
his support to the Board of Zoning Adjustment and wished him the Kest with
his new employer,
7. BOARD STATEMENTS
Member Kitchen thanked the applicant on Item 4.a for attending the Board
of Zoning Adjustment meeting. She also thanked the applicant for investing
in the restaurant lousiness during a time when social distancing has moved
customers to take-out only.
B. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Pattesarn adjourned the meeting at 3:07 p.m.
