IF THE CONTRACTOR IS IN DOUBT AS TO THE MEANING OF ANY PART OF THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS OR FINDS DISCREPANCIES IN OR OMISSIONS FROM THE DRAWINGS, HE SHALL SUBMIT A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AN INTERPRETATION OR A CORRECTION THEREOF, PRIOR TO FILING ITS BID PRICE FOR THE PROJECT. 14.
