Ward 5 a. Conditional Use Permit No. 20-0069: McIntosh & Associates, on
behalf of Dignity Health-Mercy Hospital Southwest, is proposing a
conditional use permit to allow a helipad incidental to an existing
hospital in the C-2 (Regional Commercial Zone) district, located at
551 Shanley Court. Notice of Exemption on file.
Staff recommends approval.
