CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LOCATION OF UTILITIES PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AND NOTIFY ENGINEER IF CONFLICT WITH UTILITIES EXIST. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRS TO DAMAGED UTILITIES CAUSED BY HIS FORCES, BUT NO COSTS TO RELOCATE IN THE EVENT OF PROPER NOTIFICA- TION AHEAD OF THE CONSTRUCTION. 14.
