FOR SAFETY MEMBERS
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee
for Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for the
purpose of considering an application for industrial disability retirement on
Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 11:30 A.M., in Conference Room A, located at
City Hall North, 1 st Floor, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. The agenda
is as follows:
1. Roll Call.
2. Public Statements.
3. Closed session to consider the application of industrial
disability retirement of: Police Detective Karl Martin;
(Government Code, Section 54957 (b)(1)/54957.6).
4. Closed Session Action
5. Committee Comments.
