AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 12.56.100B OF
THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
PARK FACILITY RESERVATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 12.56.100B of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
12.56.100 Facility reservation.
B. Applications shall be filed with the Parks
Superintendant not less than two days nor more than two hundred
ten days prior to the proposed event or activity.
