soon as it may be included in an annexation which is contiguous to City boundaries. The right
to protest such annexation is hereby waived.
This covenant may not be amended or modified without the prior approval of the ICit of

Bakersfield. This covenant shall run with the land.

Parcel 4, Parcel Map 8893, in the unincorporated area of the County of Kern,
State of California, as yper map recorded January 13, 1989, in Book 371 Page
124 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
