Coles recently dropped off a WDR (Waste Discharge Release) permit package for your review.
The lead agency approving WDR application is the RWQCB (Regional Water Quality Control Board) in
Fresno.
Coles would like to add an 80x3Ox2 foot area to receive non - hazardous waste.
All the incoming non - hazardous waste will be managed and tested according to Coles existing 2015 EPA
permit and in accordance with existing CUPA permit (enclosed).
Coles has also recently built the concrete pad with liner in CUPA permitted area.
Would you be in a position to write a letter of support for Cole's WDR permit application being
submitted to RWQCB.
