Wastewater that will be discharged to the surface impoundment will be from ofd site non- hazardous industrial sources and miscellaneous sources. All wastewater sources are characterized prior to acceptance and discharge. A description of the characterization is described in section 2.2. 2.8 SURFACE IMPOUNDMENT Figure 3 displays the surface impoundment details including slope, dimensions, and volumetric capacity. Table I below contains the surface impoundment surface area, depth, volumetric capacity, berm and slopes for the surface impoundment. The surface impoundment and surrounding berms will be comprised of concrete. Overflow prevention features include the two feet of freeboard in the surface impoundment and routine visual inspections.
