RELATIVE COMPACTION OF NOT LESS THAN 95% SHALL BE OBTAINED FOR A MINIMUM DEPTH (T) OF 1.1 FOOT BELOW FINISH GRADE ON LOCAL STREETS (T=1.5' TO 2.5' AS DIRECTED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR ON COLLECTOR AND ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS) FROM LIP OF GUTTER TO LIP OF GUTTER. IN ADDITION, RELATIVE COMPACTION OF NOT LESS THAN 90% SHALL BE OBTAINED FOR A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 0.5 FEET BELOW GRADING PLANE FOR THE ENTIRE WIDTH OF PAVEMENT (LIP OF GUTTER TO LIP OF GUTTER). 6.
