FOR SAFETY MEMBERS
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee for
Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for the purpose
of considering an application for industrial disability retirement on Tuesday, August
31, 2021 at 11:00 A.M., in Conference Room A, located at City Hall North, Ist Floor,
1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. The agenda is as follows:
1. Roll Call.
2. Public Statements.
3. Closed session to consider the application of industrial
disability retirement of: Police Officer Thomas Wahl;
(Government Code. Section 54957 (b)(1)/54957.6).
