NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee for
Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for the purpose
of considering an application for industrial disability retirement on Wednesday,
November 3, 2021 at 9:30 A.M., in Conference Room A, located at City Hall North, lst
Floor, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. The agenda is as follows:
1. Roll Call.
2. Public Statements,
3. Closed session to consider the application of industrial
disability retirement of: Fire Captain Henry Garrett Pacheco;
