RESOLUTION NO. 1 7 4 - 0 2 ( \ )
AMENDMENT NO.1 TO RESOLUTION NO. 174-02 OF
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
REVISING THE DATES FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF
THE CITY COUNCIL DURING THE MONTH OF
DECEMBER 2003.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to time, by resolution, change the
meetings to be held during any specified period of time.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is appropriate to revise the
dates heretofore specified in Resolution No. 174-02 by deleting the Regular Meeting
scheduled on December 17, 2003 and adding a Regular Meeting for December 10,
2003, to be held in the City Council Chambers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that a Regular Meeting shall be scheduled and held on December 10, 2003,
and the meeting of December 17, 2003 shall be canceled, as shown below and on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto:
