The tenants approved the project and came to sign, however, were unaware that the owner signature was needed. The property owner for 2900 215t street was not able to be contacted after multiple attempts on 10/10 at 9 am, 10/11 at 12 pm and 10/13 at 3 pm. All other required signatures were obtained.
