WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) adopted o resolution for Annexation No_ 679 recently ordering the territory annexed to the City of Bakersfield; and WHEREAS, the territory ordered to be annexed to the City of Bakersfield is required to be within o City Council Word Boundary: and WHEREAS, the LAFCo recently completed the annexation for the territory to the City of Bo Kersfield. the exterior boundaries of Annexation No_ 679 which is described in the attached Exhibit A Gond shown in the attached Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated os though fully set forth herein_ os follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bo Kersfield Section 7 _ All of the foregoing recitals are hereby found to be true and correct_ Section 2_ Annexation No_ 679 shall be included in Word 3_ Section 3. Section 1 _12.030 of the Bo Kersfield Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto the legal description set forth in Exhibit A.
