THE SUBDIVIDER, IF REQUIRED, SHALL OBTAIN GRADING APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDINANCE, PRIOR TO START OF ANY EARTHWORK. 2. ANY TRENCHING TO BE CONDUCTED WITHIN THIS PROJECT SHALL BE BACKFILLED AND COMPACTED PER PROPOSED C.O.B. STD. DWG. ST-12. 3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE OR RELOCATE ALL OBSTRUCTIONS WITHIN THE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AS DIRECTED BY THE CITY ENGINEER. 4. ALL STREETS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED USING A MINIMUM "R" VALUE AS STATED IN THE SOILS REPORT. SEE STRUCTURAL SECTIONS FOR EACH STREET FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION. SEWER LATERAL LOCATIONS TO BE STAMPED (S) INTO THE CURB FACE OVER EACH LATERAL. 12. ELEVATIONS AND GRADES SHOWN ON THE PROFILES ARE GUTTER FLOW LINES (INVERTS). 13.
